Operational MPCs

Since 2016, DHANII has successfully established five Milk Producer Companies in five states, transforming the economy of over 2,678 villages. More than 1,17,000 dairy farmers are now members of these MPCs.

A producer company combines the institutional and ideological strength of cooperatives. The ownership is limited to its members, no trading of shares, follows patronage-based share capital with flexibility and autonomy available under the Company Law.
